Amy and I were chauffeured around the old city in cyclos. These cost about $2.00 per hour. In Vietnam the currency is the "dong". 16,165 dong = $1.00US dollar. I changed 100 dollars at the airport and became a millionare. Notice the electrical wiring in the photos. In Bali the drivers and scooter riders were crazy. In Kuala Lumpur they were nuts. Hanoi wins, they are insane. They don't get mad though. It is amazing. There was also a machine shop right off the main road.
